Usage Guide

This is a standalone appointment-booking app hosted on Cloudflare. Teachers publish time slots; students book them with name + email. Each slot auto-closes at 8:00 PM the day before, and the teacher gets a calendar reminder the evening before via an iCal subscription.

• Open /teacher and log in with the admin password.
• Add a slot: choose date, start time, total duration (minutes), and how many sub-slots to split it into. Example: start 15:00, total 60 min, split into 4 → four consecutive 15-min slots (15:00 / 15:15 / 15:30 / 15:45). Set capacity per slot, location, note.
• Delete a slot (its bookings are removed too).
• View who booked each slot.
• Calendar reminder: copy the iCal subscription link and add it to your calendar app (Google / Apple / Outlook). Change http:// to webcal:// for auto-sync. You get a reminder at 8:00 PM the day before each slot.
• Settings: change admin password, change the booking cutoff hour (0–23), regenerate the subscription link.

• Open /student. Pick an open slot, enter your name and email (both required), optionally a note, then click Book.
• You can cancel from the confirmation page.
• Booking closes at 8:00 PM the day before the slot.
